Turn off your Pegasos 2 from the Amiga Workbench
Now you can turn off your Pegasos 2 next-gen Amiga from the workbench!
As lame as it sounds I have actually been quite annoyed that I can not shut off my next-gen Pegasos 2 based AmigaOS 4.1 system from the Workbench. I mean this is not a classic AT-system with an old school mechanic on-off switch, it is just like a PC, an ATX-system where you should be able to shut off the computer software wise.
My prayers have been answered by a cool little tool which any Pegasos 2 owner running the 4 in the 1 of the OS of the Workbench OS in the Amiga world known as AmigaOS 4.1 can download from the depot of soft and ware called softwares in the os4depot.
Just follow the link, download the package and drop the file in c:
Don’t worry click the link and amuse yourself.
Then whenever you want to quit being in the Amiga wonderland of wonderful just call a CLI-shell and tell it to pegoff!
(Or you could go the deluxe route and bind the tool to an icon or toolbar).
