Sorry, I dont have my Alfapower anymore, they are fairly common so I guess it would be easy finding help on EAB or amiga.org

Looking to replace my non-functioning cover. I own an AlfaPower 500, and have had a 6Gb HDD in it before I had to remove it prior to moving.

I recently rediscovered my AP500 and it looks as if the Power switch is broken at the switch itself. Some of the wires are no longer attached to the switch. Please e-mail me back with a link or two for some info to replace the wires, or for pictures to replace the wires.

I'd like to fix this to use again.

Thanks for this.

Bizarrely, I am using the exact same 16MB Nikon (SanDisk) card to transfer my files!

It is tricky finding these old ZIP-chips, best bet is to look for old 286/386 motherboards or other Amiga gear and get them from them, but finding older 286/386 hardware is getting increasingly harder each month so best option is to ask around on all the major Amiga forums, someone should have a unused set I guess :)

Hi.

Nice pics of your AlfaPower. I own one simular, and would like to upgrade the memory. Do you have any idea where it would be possible to buy these Zip chips?

I have found some at this website: http://www.softhut.com/cgi-bin/test/Web_store/web_store.cgi?page=catalog/hardware/memory/1x4static.html
But it doesn't look like they are shipping outsite the U.S.

Best Regards, Martin.
