I got this PCMCIA right angle connector when I purchased an A1200 tower a couple of years ago.

Amiga 1200 can use 16-bit PCMCIA network cards but in most A1200 towers the PCMCIA slot is shut off because of space problems. With an L-adapter the PCMCIA slot is angled 90 degrees so the port can be used.

Somehow I never could get any network card to work on my A1200 with this adapter. No wonder though since when I looked inside it one of the tiny pins where bent to the side.  I put it in a box and thought I would never find any use of it anymore.

I was going through my closet full of Amiga hardware yesterday and found this right angle PCMCIA adapter.  By closer examination I could pop of the cover and then could bend the pin back with a small tool and now it is working 100% even though the pin was horribly bent before.
